The start of the journey to the top of Gunung Nuang ..... easy start ..... walking up hill on these grounds !
No problem for everybody .... as you can see here, people are way in front of my camera !
Interesting sights throughout the journey, nice and clean rivers .... what a waste that we did not bring enough spare clothes, if not we would have had an enjoyable time in the waters, so tempting ! .... sneaked sometime out from the climb to soak my feet in the cool mountain water .... he he he
Half-way through the first "pit-stop" for all climbers and everybody is getting a little bit tired already ..... wonder how we could ever climb Mt Kinabalu ????? (something that is on my mind that second)

Look at how interesting those bamboo fell and form a CAGE amongst the jungle !!!! Beauty of nature ......
Look at all those trees ! Must be ages ......A mini waterfall spotted from far ... took the snap shot while we were resting and waiting for the group to re-join together.
This really gives us a "sneak preview" of what to expect from Mt Kinabalu ...... can't wait for the following month for the REAL Thing !
